Micha Skadron
My name is Micah Skadron. I am a current second year studying Kinesiology on a pre-medical track, with a minor in Health and Wellbeing. I am originally from Charlottesville (go Hoos!) and grew up amongst the small Jewish community here in town. Due to this, having the opportunity to immerse myself in the vibrant Jewish life on Grounds has been an exciting and fulfilling experience. I regularly attend Shabbat dinners at Chabad and the Brody Jewish Center, and love how cohesive the Jewish organizations at the University are and the space that they provide to engage with people of various backgrounds. I am also involved in the Habitat for Humanity and Remote Area Medical chapters at UVA and am a recently certified Emergency Medical Technician. In my free time, I enjoy exercising or spending time outdoors, cooking, and seeing friends and family. As a Jewish Studies fellow, I look forward to interacting with others who share this passion and learning about their experiences.
